Louisiana College Offers Lafayette High’s Jacques Comeaux

Jacques Comeaux, a Lafayette High prep football standout, has been given an offer to extend his athletic career.

A second-team Class 5A All-State kicker in 2018, Comeaux has been offered by the Louisiana College Wildcats.

Louisiana College is a Division III school, meaning they cannot offer athletic scholarships, but they can offer a spot on their roster.

Comeaux converted on 10-of-12 of his field goal attempts this season, including a long of 52 yards, as well as 27-of-30 of his PAT's, while punting for an average of 44.9 yards.

A 3.9 (GPA) student who scored a 24 on his ACT, Comeaux also plays baseball and soccer at Lafayette High.

A senior, Comeaux is scheduled to graduate high school next spring.
