You can never be as awesome as Batman, but at least you can be as fit as him.

Men’s Fitness “found a copy” of Bruce Wayne’s intensive workout that gives him the peak, physical condition necessary to grind a million evil henchmen into hamburger meat. The workout along with a million other facts and files of Batman’s legacy can be found in the new book, ‘The Batman Files.’

Men’s Fitness also talked to a trainer about the extreme seven day a week regime. He admitted it was a good workout but wouldn’t exactly put a guy in “top crime fighting” shape. Bragger. If we could get half of this workout done without passing out or vomiting uncontrollably, we’d be as ecstatic as The Joker on laughing gas.
