Williams returns to coach Grambling

Grambling alumnus and former NFL Quarterback Doug Williams is returning to Louisiana.

Williams, who led Grambling to three Southwestern Athletic Conference championships in an earlier stint as head coach, is returning to take over the football program.

Williams takes over for Rod Broadway, who resigned last month to become head coach at North Carolina A&T.

Williams agreed to a four year contract, beginning March 1st.
