There's certainly a different vibe this February, when it comes to the Miami Marlins.

After losing 2012 games in 2012, and then 100 in 2013, the Marlins went 77-85 in 2014, despite losing ace pitcher Jose Fernandez in early May.

This season, with Fernandez expected back, at some point, along with the acquisitions of Michael Morse, Dee Gordon, and Matt Latos, along with one year more of experience under the belt of a talented group of young players, the Marlins are thought by many to be playoff contenders heading into 2015.

Giancarlo Stanton, who signed a record-breaking 13-year, $325 million deal with Miami during the offseason, talks about the different vibe, below:
