Defensive end Jay Richardson was cut by the New Orleans Saints at the end of preseason. One week into the season, he resigned with the club. Now he's looking for work again, as the Saints cut him for the second time in a little over a month.

New Orleans released Richardson to make room for defensive end Keyunta Dawson (pictured). Dawson, who prepped at Evangel high in Shreveport, was cut by the Tennessee Titans last Saturday. He's a 6'3, 258 pound six year veteran out of Texas Tech.

Dawson was active for 2 games in Tennessee this season, but didn't register a tackle. For his career, Dawson has 117 tackles and a sack. He provides depth on the defensive line, and will likely see time on special teams.
