LeBron James' disappearing act is happening far too often, for the taste of Bill Reiter, of foxsportssouthwest.com

LeBron James #6 of the Miami Heat looks on against the Dallas Mavericks in Game Four of the 2011 NBA Finals at American Airlines Center on June 7, 2011 in Dallas, Texas.

I've taken up for LeBron James, a lot, but there no denying that he didn't play well in game four, going 3-11 from the floor.

I still maintain he's contributing, as evidenced by his nine rebounds, and seven assists, but he simply has to score more than eight points, which is a career playoff-low.

I still think that the Heat is trying, and possibly trying too hard, to make him a distributor. If they'd ask him to shoulder the scoring burden, my bet is that he would. But there's no doubt that the LeBron critics have plenty of ammunition, today.

Most of the criticism you'll hear regarding LeBron will be justified.
