Louisiana’s Ragin’ Cajun softball team is up one spot, to number 1, in this week’s NFCA Top 25 poll, which was released on Tuesday.

Louisiana, who has won  25 of their last 25 games, is now 33-7-1, overall, on the season, including an 13-1 record in Sun Belt Conference play.

The Cajuns will play five times this week, taking on Baylor McNeese St. in a non-conference doubleheader on Tuesday, before traveling to Arlington, Texas to take on the UT-Arlington Mavericks this weekend in conference action.

Oregon stays in the top spot this week, followed by UCLA, Florida, Michigan, and Aizona St. in the 2-5 spots.

The rest of the top ten includes Florida St., Alabama, Tennessee, Kentucky, and Arizona in spots 6-10.

At 11-15, it’s Washington, Minnesota, Georgia, Baylor, and Missouri, followed by Louisiana, Oklahoma, Tulsa, Nebraska, and South Alabama in the 16-20 spots.

Finally, at 21-25, it’s Notre Dame, Auburn, Texas A&M, USC Upstate, and Northwestern.
