UL Softball Hosts A Pair Of Fall Games This Weekend

Louisiana Ragin' Cajun softball team returns to the diamond this weekend, hosting LSU-Alexandria and Lamar in a pair of fall games.On Saturday, the Cajuns will take on LSU-Alexandria at Lamson Park, beginning at noon, in the "Think Pink Breast Cancer Awareness Game", with fans being encouraged to wear pink to the game.On Sunday, the Cajuns take on Lamar at 2 o'clock, with the team hosting a Canned Good Food Drive. Canned goods and donations will be accepted.

Following the two games this weekend, Louisiana continues fall play on Saturday, October 19, when they host Galveston College, before hosting Southeastern Louisiana on October 23, and then traveling to Lake Charles to take on McNeese St. on October  26.

The Cajuns are preparing for their 2014 regular season schedule, which kicks off on Friday, February 7, when they host the Texas Longhorns in the Louisiana Classics Tournament.
