Louisiana's Ragin' Cajun softball team is down one spot, to number 8, in this week's ESPN.com/USA Softball Collegiate Top 25 poll, which was released on Tuesday.

Louisiana, who won two-of-three games from the Troy Trojans last week in a Sun Belt Conference series, is currently 25-4 on the season.

The Cajuns return to action this weekend, when they travel to San Marcos, Texas to take on the Texas St. Bobcats in a three-game, weekend, Sun Belt Conference series.

The LSU Tigers, who are 30-1 on the year, are the top-ranked team for a second-consecutive week, followed by the Florida Gators in the two-spot, the Oregon Ducks at number three, the Michigan Wolverines at number four, and the Alabama Crimson Tide at number five.

At 6-10, it's Oklahoma, Georgia, Louisiana, Auburn, and UCLA.

Florida St., Minnesota, Baylor, Arizona, and Kentucky are ranked 11-15 this week, with California, Washington, Tennessee, UCF, and Missouri coming in at 16-20, respectively.

Finally, at 21-23, it's Arizona St., Kansas, and Texas A&M, along with Virginia Tech and South Alabama, who are tied for 24th.
