UL Football Picked Third In Sun Belt Conference Preseason Poll

Louisiana's Ragin' Cajun football team was picked third in the Sun Belt Conference Preseason Coaches' Poll, which was released on Monday to kick-off Sun Belt Conference Media Day.

Louisiana, who went 9-4 last year, inclucing a victory in the New Orleans Bowl, finished third in conference play. They recieved two first place votes, and 81 total points in the voting of the league's ten head coaches.

FIU was picked to win the conference, receiving five first place votes, and 92 total points, followed by Arkansas St., Louisiana, WKU, Troy, ULM, Middle Tennessee, North Texas, FAU, and South Alabama.
