UALR Changes Brand to “Little Rock”

While the University of Arkansas at Little Rock has emphasized "UALR" as it's proper brand, the Sun Belt member has suffered from an identity crisis as various publications and networks have found different ways to use the name.

Since early in the year, the department has been using the hashtag #LittleRocksTeam, leading many to believe something was on the horizon.

Today, the Trojans unveiled a new brand.

Just call us Little Rock.

Little Rock athletics director Chasse Conque unveiled the new athletic mark today.  The new logo will be used in a sport-specific format as well, with the name of the sport below the "Little Rock" on the logo.

The university also unveiled a new website, lrtrojans.com, dropping the old ualrtrojans.com.
