According to a report in the Dallas Morning News, Texas A&M is seriously considering a move to the Southeastern Conference.

Texas Governor Rick Perry was asked about it and says conversations are being held.

Texas A&M President R. Bowen Loftin recently acknowledged that there was some uncertainty about A&M's future in the Big XII because of the new Longhorn Network and the perceived imbalance it would cause.

The school considered a move to the SEC last summer, but ultimately decided to remain in the Big XII.
