A high school football player in Tennessee is in trouble for a hit on an official during a game last week.

Malcolm Easley, of Glencliff High School has been suspended, pending further investigation, after he was involved in a collision with a referee in a play last Friday night in a game against Gallatin High School.

The play took place in the second quarter, when Easley collided with the field umpire as Gallatin neared the Glencliffe end zone.

Easley was flagged for a personal foul on the play, but was not ejected.
