Louisiana's Ragin' Cajuns open the 2011 baseball season this Friday night against the Redhawks of Southeast Missouri State.   Today, Louisiana Head Coach Tony Robichaux and SEMO Head Coach Mark Hogan announced their pitching rotations for the weekend.  Both coaches are entering their 17th seasons at their respective schools.

McNeese State used a late first half run and a strong second half to defeat the University of Louisiana women's basketball team, 65-52, on Thursday evening at Earl K. Long Gym.

Louisiana's Ragin' Cajuns women's basketball team used a double-digit run in the second half, but fell short, 58-46, to UAB on Saturday afternoon at Earl K. Long Gym.
