Auburn announced last night that Newton will forgo his senior season and enter the NFL draft.
The Auburn Tigers defeated the Oregon Ducks in the BCS National Championship 22-19. Wes Byrum's 19 yard field goal as time expired gave Auburn it's second national title, and first since 1957. The SEC has produced the last 5 national champions.
