Streaking Reds Make It Ten In a Row

The Yankees won ten straight earlier this year.

Last year, the Rangers and Tigers did it.

But a team in the National League can now make that claim.

While the Washington Nationals and Pittsburgh Pirates have gotten plenty of ink in a “rags to riches” story, it’s the Cincinnati Reds that are getting it done on the field.

In fact, the Pirates have won seven of their last ten games and lost three games in the standings to Cincinnati.  That’s pretty disheartening.

Are the Reds now the team to beat in the National League?  ESPN.com’s David Schoenfield breaks it down.
