Road teams fared well in Saturday's men's action in the Sun Belt Conference.

That's been the exception this season as the home teams have dominated.  But three of the five games Saturday saw road teams take wins.

Meanwhile, on the women's side, Arkansas State keeps rolling and the home teams went 4-1.

MEN

LITTLE ROCK 74, SOUTH ALABAMA 43--The Trojans continued their dominance at home as Little Rock's defense continued to squeeze opponents.  Balanced scoring helped lead Little Rock to the win.  The Trojans have won six in a row.

ULM 91, APPALACHIAN STATE 90--The Warhawks got their first conference road win of the season as Nick Coppola hit a layup with :10 left for the win.  Coppola scored 25 points while Majok Deng added 22 as ULM came back from a seven point deficit with just over 3:00 to go.  Ronshad Shabazz missed on a putback dunk attempt as time expired.

UT ARLINGTON 90, GEORGIA STATE 69--The Mavericks snapped a four game losing streak in Atlanta with a convincing win over Georgia State in Atlanta.  Jorge Bilbao led five scorers in double figures with 18 points and a game high eleven rebounds.

TROY 71, ARKANSAS STATE 70--in Jonesboro, Wesley Person and John Walton III combined for 45 points as Troy won for the first time since January 16th.  The Red Wolves came from behind to take a 66-61 lead, but Walton's three point play and two free throws by Daniel Peace gave the Trojans a three point lead.  Arkansas State had three free throws but made just two and the tip at the buzzer missed the mark.

GEORGIA SOUTHERN 66, TEXAS STATE 62--Tookie Brown scored 25 points and Ike Smith's three point basket with under a minute to go broke a tie as Georgia Southern evened its conference mark at 6-6.  Georgia Southern shot 50% for the contest.

Louisiana had the night off.
