Now that the New Orleans Saints have made the moves and their first round pick, the name Brandin Cooks is about to get real familiar to the fans. Not only was he voted the best college wide receiver of 2013, winning the Fred Biletnikoff Award that year, he also ran the second best 40 in the combine this year (he had the best time of any prospect wearing the Combine cleats) Going back to high school at Lincoln High School in Stockton, CA., his senior year garnered him the #26 ranking among all high school wide receivers in the Rivals.com list.
