According to the CollegeInsider.com Tournament website, Louisiana's Ragin' Cajuns will make their second consecutive appearance in the CIT, and will host Texas A&M-Corpus Christi Wednesday night at the Cajundome at 7pm.

The school would not confirm the report and said they would make an announcement Monday morning.

The Cajuns (17-14), according to the website, are one of three Sun Belt schools that will play in the tournament, with UL Monroe and UT Arlington also being tabbed.  ULM will play at Furman, while the Mavericks will play at Savannah State.

Louisiana reached the quarterfinals of the tournament a year ago, defeating Incarnate Word and Sam Houston State on the road before falling to eventual champion Evansville at Blackham Coliseum.

The Cajuns would get a stiff test from the Islanders (25-7), who went 15-3 in the Southland Conference and lost for the third time this season to Stephen F. Austin in the league's title game.  TAMU-CC boasts a veteran squad with eight seniors but it's a junior, Rashawn Thomas, that leads the Islanders in scoring with 16.4 points per game.

If the report holds, it will be the first time the Cajuns have hosted a postseason game in the Cajundome since hosting Rice in a first round game of the CIT in 2011-12.
