RCAC Celebration Set For This Saturday

It's an event for fans, organized by fans, and produced by fans.

The fourth annual Ragin' Cajuns Athletics Celebration is scheduled for this Saturday night, August 29th from 6-11pm at the Cajundome Convention Center.

The event has been held the last four years to raise money that goes directly to augmenting the salaries of Ragin' Cajuns coaches.  Money used from this event has gone to pay bonuses earned by coaches for the excellence of their team not only athletically, but academically as well.

Music will be provided by Jamie Bergeron and the Kickin' Cajuns.  A ticket admits two people at a cost of $150.00.  In addition to complimentary food, beer and wine, there will also be a silent auction with unique items on which attendees can bid.
