Louisiana's Ragin' Cajuns won their sixth straight game today, defeating Sun Belt foe North Texas by the score of 30-10. The Cajuns 6-1 record is the best start for a team in the history of the Sun Belt conference. The win also makes the Cajun bowl eligible after only 7 weeks. Blaine Gautier threw 4 touchdown passes on 14-20 for 238 yards. Tight End LaDarius Green reeled in 2 of those scores.

Cajuns Handle Trojans, 31-17
Louisiana's Ragin' Cajuns ran their current win streak to five games, defeating the Troy Trojans, 31-17, on Saturday night at Cajun Field.
Quarterback Chris Masson, in reserve of an injured Blaine Gauthier, threw for 211 yards, and two touchdowns, while Javone Lawson caught eight passes, for 131 yards, and one touchdown.
The win moves the Cajuns to 5-1 overall, and 3-0 in the Sun Belt Conference, while Troy falls to 2-3 overall, and 1-1 in league play.
