April 5, 2012 After a 90 day layoff due to injury, Eric Gordon returned to the lineup for the New Orleans Hornets Wednesday night against the Denver Nuggets. He fought through a little rust, scored 15 points, and knocked down two free throws in the final seconds to secure a 94-92 victory for New Orleans.
March 31, 2012 For the second straight game, the New Orleans Hornets had only 8 healthy players in uniform. It was almost enough Saturday afternoon in Los Angeles, but the Lakers managed to sqeak by the scrappy Hornets 88-85. Kobe Bryant shot a paltry 3-21 from the field, missing his first 15 shots. Jason Smith and Jarrett Jack both had double-doubles in defeat.

Former Warrior and current Hornet Marco Belinelli (pictured above) scored 22 points and dished out 6 assists for the winning team.
March 23, 2012 The New Orleans Arena was soldout Thursday night as New Orleans Hornets fans welcomed former point guard Chris Paul and the Los Angeles Clippers to the Hive. The warm welcome ended at tip-off, as the Hornets bruised and battered the Clippers on their way to a physical 97-90 victory.
March 22, 2012 The New Orleans Hornets lost their 20th home game of the season last night, falling to the Golden State Warriors 101-92. Jarrett Jack's first career triple double (17 pts, 11 ast, 10 reb) came in a losing effort. Golden State nailed 14 three pointers, propelling them to the 9 point victory.
March 18, 2012 Going into Saturday night's matchup with the New Jersey Nets, the Hornets had only one win this year when trailing after 3 quarters. Last night, they were down 12 heading into the 4th, but remained poised. Clutch shooting and superb defense paid big dividends as New Orleans earned a 102-94 victory.

Bismack Biyomobo blocked Trevor Ariza's potential game-tying dunk in the final seconds to procure the victory for Charlotte.
