Several Saints Named Pro Bowl Alternates

Earlier this week, quarterback Drew Brees, along with offensive linemen Carl Nicks, and Jahri Evans, were chosen to represent the New Orleans Saints, in this year's Pro Bowl, scheduled for January 30, in Honolulu, Hawaii.

On Thursday, Saints head coach Payton announced that eight more Saints were chosen as alternates.

Three Saints Named To Pro Bowl

Drew Brees, Jahri Evans, and Carl Nicks have been selected to the NFC Pro Bowl roster. This marks the fifth time Brees is a pro bowler, and the fourth time as a Saint. Evans makes his second straight pro bowl, while Nicks earns his first. The Pro Bowl will be played in Hawaii on January 30, one week before Super Bowl XLV in Dallas.
