Wesley Carroll was a receiver for the New Orleans Saints for two seasons, from 1991-1992.

Born in Cleveland, Ohio in 1967, Carroll went on to play college football for the Miami (FL) Hurricanes, where he caught 114 passes for 1,722 yards and 11 touchdowns in two seasons.

The Saints selected Carroll in the second round (42nd overall) of the 1991 NFL Draft.

In his rookie season of 1991, Carroll played in 12 games, catching 18 passes for 184 yards and one touchdown.

In his second season of 1992, Carroll appeared in all 16 games, starting five, while compiling 18 receptions for 292 yards and two touchdowns.

In two somewhat-disappointing seasons with the Saints, Carroll had 36 catches for 476 yards, along with three touchdowns.

Carroll did play one more season in the NFL, hooking on with the Cincinnati Bengals in 1993, where he caught six passes for 81 yards.
