Two members of Louisiana's Ragin' Cajun football team have won weekly Sun Belt Player of the Week Awards.

Junior safety Jamarlous Moten has been named defensive player of the week after registering nine tackles in the Cajuns' 45-37 loss to Arizona on Saturday.  He also had two interceptions and returned one for a touchdown, marking the seventh "pick six" for the Cajuns' defense this season, which ties the NCAA FBS record set by Tennessee 40 years ago.

Baer was named special teams player of the week.  Baer had punts of 60, 50 and 48 yards, completed a pass for 13 yards on a fake punt, kicked a 20 yards field goal and successfully executed an onside kick, which he recovered.  Baer is 3-3 on onside kicks this season and 6-8 in his career.

The Cajuns play next in the R&L Carriers New Orleans Bowl on December 17th.
