For the fourth-consecutive week, the Mississippi St. Bulldogs are the top team in the latest Associated Press top 25 college football poll, which was released on Sunday.

The Bulldogs, who defeated Arkansas, 17-10, to improve to 8-0 last Saturday, received 45 of a possible 60 first-place votes.

Florida State, who defeated Louisville last Thursday, 42-31, to also improve to 8-0, received the remaining 15 first-place votes. They stay at number two for the fourth-straight week.

Auburn, defeated Ole Miss, who was previously ranked third last week, 35-31, moved up one spot to number three this while, while Alabama, who was idle, fell one spot, to number four.

Oregon, who was idle last week, and is 7-1 on the season, remains fifth this week.

TCU, Michigan St., Notre Dame, Kansas St., and Baylor round out the top ten, at 6-10, respectively.

11-15 consists of Arizona St., Ole Miss, Ohio St., LSU, and Nebraska, with Oklahoma, Georgia, UCLA, Clemson, and Utah in the 16-20 spots.

Finally, at 21-25 this week, it’s Arizona, Duke, Marshall, West Virginia, and Wisconsin.

Wisconsin is the newcomer to this week’s poll, while East Carolina dropped out.
