LSU Loses To Vanderbilt, 76-61 – Game Recap
The LSU Tiger men’s basketball team fell on the road in SEC action on Wednesday, dropping a 76-61 decision to the Vanderbilt Commodores, in Nashville, Tennessee.
The game was tied, 27-27, at the half, but Vanderbilt was able to pull away in the second half for the 15-point victory.
The Tigers were able to out-rebound the Commodores, 34-30, but Vanderbilt outshot LSU, 50%-37%.
Fesus Ezeli led Vanderbilt, with a game-high 21 points, while Storm Warren paced LSU in a losing cause, with 13 points off the bench.
With the victory, Vanderbilt improved to 17-7 overall, and 6-3 in SEC play, while LSU fell to 13-10 overall, and 3-6 in league play.
