The LSU men's basketball team added another newcomer over the weekend.

Guard Randy Onwuasor, a graduate transfer from Southern Utah, announced he will be the seventh newcomer to newcomer to new head coach Will Wade's program.

The 6-foot-3, 190-pound Onwuasor,  originally signed with Texas Tech out of high school, played two seasons for the Red Raiders, before transferring to Southern Utah, were he averaged 23.3 points, to go along with 6.6 rebounds and 3.2 assists per game last season.

A native of Inglewood, California, Onwuasor joins freshmen Galen Alexander, Brandon Rachal, Mayan Kiir and Tremont Waters, along with junior college transfer Daryl Edwards and Oregon transfer Kavell Bigby-Williams as newcomers to the Tigers' program.
