LSU Baseball Loses To Notre Dame, 7-1 – Recap

The 11th-ranked LSU Tiger baseball team had their eight-game win streak snapped on Sunday, after falling to the Notre Dame Fighting Irish, 7-1, in non-conference action at Alex Box Stadium in Baton Rouge.

Sean Fitzgerald (2-1) picked up the victory for the Fighting Irish, while Kurt McCune (1-2) suffered the loss for the Tigers.

With the win, Notre Dame improved to 7-5 on the year, while LSU fell to 13-3.
