LSU Baseball Beats Southeastern Louisiana, 4-3 – Recap
The third-ranked LSU Tiger baseball team chalked up another victory on Wednesday night, defeating the Southeastern Louisiana Lions, 4-3, in non-conference action at Alex Box Stadium in Baton Rouge.
The Tigers scored all of their runs in the third inning, and then hung on for the one-run win.
First baseman Tyler Moore led LSU at the plate, going 2-for-4, with two RBI's.
Brent Bonvillain (3-0) picked-up the win out of the bullpen for LSU, with Nick Goody recording his seventh save, while Josh Janway (2-3) suffered the loss for the Lions.
With the win, LSU improved to 33-9 on the year, while Southeastern Louisiana dropped to 28-14.
