Spring training has begun, and for former Louisiana Ragin' Cajun, and current Milwaukee Brewers catcher Jonathan Lucroy, the whole key is staying healthy.

The 29-year old Lucroy was a National League All-Star in 2015, after hitting a .301 with 13 home runs and 69 runs batted in, along with 53 doubles, including 47 as a catcher, which set a new MLB record for a single season.

And that 2014 season followed up a really fine 2013 season, in which Lucroy hit a .280, along with 18 homers and 82 RBI's, both career highs.

A native of Eustis, Florida, Lucroy suffered through an injury-plagued 2015 campaign, including a broken toe and a hamstring injury, and was limited to 103, hitting a .264 with 7 homers and 43 RBI's.
