Iranian Soccer Player Picks Up Live Grenade – VIDEO

This took place during a soccer match on Wednesday night between a team from Iran and a team from Saudi Arabia.

An object was thrown onto the field, so an Iranian player goes over to pick it up, then casually tosses it over a small fence.

As it turns out, the guy was really lucky, as what he picked up and tossed was a grenade that exploded only second after he discarded of it.

I know it's a hassle, but this is why personal belongings are searched at a lot of sporting events in this country.

Here, the worst thing we have going on are replacement refs, and a few unruly fans. In some other places in the world, there's stuff like this happening far too often.
