The New Orleans Hornets rookie duo of Anthony Davis and Austin Rivers will return to the lineup tonight versus the Charlotte Bobcats after both players missed time with injury.

Davis has sat out the last two and a half games after taking an inadvertent elbow to his head from Rivers. Per NBA policy, Davis had to be medically cleared by an NBA appointed neurologist before he could return to action.

Rivers missed Wednesday night's embarrassing debacle of a loss to the 76ers with a sprained left index finger (his non-shooting hand). The injury occured at Tuesday's practice, and Rivers expressed his desire to play on Wednesday before New Orleans erred on the side of caution.

One key bench player may miss tonight's action with a left thumb injury. Jason Smith, who finished with a career-high 5 blocks in Wednesday night's loss, will be a game-time decision.

Tip-off from the Hive tonight is set for 7:00.
