Grizzlies Top Hornets 103-91, End NOLA’s Winning Streak

The New Orleans Hornets 4 game winning streak was snapped by the Memphis Grizzlies Wednesday night. The playoff-contending Grizzlies, led by Rudy Gay‘s 26 points, beat the undermanned Hornets by the score of 103-91.
Hornets point guard Jerome Dyson came off the bench to score a career-high 24 points. He did the majority of his work at the charity stripe, going 14-16 from the free throw line.
Starting point guard Greivis Vasquez (pictured left) scored 9 and dished out 9 dimes. Marco Belinelli finished with 16, and Carl Landry came off the bench to score 16 as well.
With only 4 games left on the season, the Hornets return to New Orleans Thursday for their home finale as they battle the Houston Rockets. Tip-off from the Hive is set for 7:00.
