Green, Burks named All-SBC
The junior, who led the Cajuns in receptions and yardage in 2010, was the only Louisiana player named to the first team, released today by the Conference office.
Senior center Ian Burks was named to the second team. Defensive back Orkeys Aurienne, who led the league in interceptions and pass breakups was named honorable mention, along with Punter Spencer Ortego
FIU wide receiver/kick returner T. Y. Hilton was named the league's Player of the Year. WKU running back Bobby Rainey won the Offensive Player award, while Middle Tennessee's Jamari Lattimore is the Defensive player of the year. Redshirt freshman quarterback Corey Robinson of Troy was the Freshman of the year, and FIU coach Mario Cristobal was the coach of the year.
Hilton is among the nation's leaders in receiving yards per game, all purpose yards and kickoff return yards. Rainey is second only to Oregon's LaMichael James in rushing yards. Lattimore led the Sun Belt with 11.5 sacks. Robinson led the league in passing yardage and is 12th in the nation in that category.
