With all of the attention being paid to Tim Tebow, New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees has been flying under the radar. This is somewhat inexpicable, considering Drew Brees is on a historic pace to shatter Dan Marino's single-season passing yards record.

Take yesterday as an example. Drew Brees had another historic performance in the Saints win.  Brees was 32-40, threw 5 touchdowns, and became the first quarterback in NFL history to have 400 yards passing, at least five touchdowns, with no interceptions, while also completing at least 80 percent of his passes. Oh by the way he was pulled out of the game midway through the 4th quarter because the Saints lead was so large. And yet nobody is talking about his game.

Cork Gaines of businessinsider.com analyses Brees' performance, and why it shouldn't be overlooked. Click here to check it out.
