The Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns have only two weekend series left at M. L. "Tigue" Moore Field and one of those begins Friday night when Louisiana (25-15, 10-7 Sun Belt) plays host to UT Arlington (17-22, 8-10) in a three game Sun Belt Conference series.

It will be the first meeting between the two teams since the finals of the Sun Belt Tournament in Mobile, AL a year ago, when the Cajuns defeated the Mavericks 6-5 to win the tournament and the league's automatic bid.  UL won three of the four meetings between the two schools last year and have a 23-14 overall edge in the series.

The Cajuns will once again use an all-freshman weekend rotation with lefty Gunner Leger (4-2, 3.63 ERA) taking the mound on Friday.  Evan Guillory (3-0, 4.22) will pitch on Saturday, with Wyatt Marks (4-0, 3.29) on Sunday.

UTA will counter with RHP Chad Nack (3-3, 4.99) in game one followed by lefty Brad Vachon (2-5, 4.07).  Joel Kuhlel (2-1, 3.31) is scheduled to pitch on Sunday.

The Mavericks have stumbled of late, losing seven of their last ten, but have an impressive resume with wins over Baylor, TCU and Texas on the season.  They fell to Texas A&M, 4-2 on Tuesday night.
