The Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns will look to make it two in a row on the season and two in a row over ULM as the Cajuns visit Monroe for a game with the Warhawks Saturday, scheduled for 30 minutes after the completion of the women's game which starts at 12 noon.

Louisiana (15-11, 5-8 Sun Belt) is fresh off an 87-61 win over South Alabama Monday night.  Bryce Washington tied his career high with 25 points and 13 rebounds in a game in which all twelve Cajun players in uniform scored at least two points.

ULM (7-19, 1-12) has had some tough losses in league play, losing three games in overtime and two others by three points or less.  Their latest heartbreak came against Troy Monday night when the Trojans hit a three point basket with :03 left in overtime to gain a one point win.

Travis Munnings (12.6) and Sam McDaniel (12.3) lead ULM in scoring while senior point guard Nick Coppola averages 9.1 points and a team-leading 4.6 assists per game.

THE FIRST MEETING--LOUISIANA 69, ULM 60--January 7, 2017--Jay Wright led four Cajuns in double figures with 16 points, while Bryce Washington scored ten points and hauled in 21 rebounds to lead the Cajuns to the win.  Freshman P. J. Hardy came off the bench to score 14 points while Johnathan Stove chipped in ten.

Marvin Jean-Pierre led ULM with 16 points, while Jordan Harris added 14 and Sam McDaniel scored eleven.

The Cajuns outrebounded the Warhawks 44-31 and won the game at the free throw line.  Louisiana made 18-25 for the game while ULM shot just 5-14.  The Cajuns won despite shooting just 39% from the field.  The Cajuns, however, were sharp from beyond the arc, making 9-21 triples in the game.
