Today's top sports stories:

University of Kentucky star freshman Nerlens Noel is out for the season with a torn ACL. Noel suffered the injury in the Wildcats' loss to the Florida Gators on Tuesday. [ESPN]

LeBron James has been on an absolute tear lately, a record-setting one. Once again, the Michael Jordan comparisons are flying about, but even James had this to say: "I'm not MJ, I'm LJ." [HuffPo]

The performance-enhancing-drug stories live on, this time ensnaring a new sport! Baseball and football have dealt with hefty doses of media glare lately over PEDs; now it's basketball's turn. Orlando Magic forward Hedo Turkoglu has been suspended 20 games for testing positive for an anabolic steroid. [NYDN]

And speaking of PEDs, Barry Bonds' lawyers are arguing in federal appeals court to get his conviction for obstruction of justice tossed out, claiming that Bonds was never actually charged with what he was convicted for. [S.I.]

The sources of these stories are, well, morally questionable at times, so take them with a grain of salt if you like, but it appears O.J. Simpson threw quite the Super Bowl party in prison. Oh, and apparently he's gay now too. [GuySpeed]
