Watch this pretty sweet behind-the-back grab that pitcher Bobby Keppel, of the Hokkaido Nippon-Ham Fighters, of the Japanese League, made on Sunday.

Keppel pitched part of three seasons in Major League Baseball, with the Royals (2006), Rockies (2007), and Twins (2009), before moving over to Japan.
