October 16, 2011 The New Orleans Saints had their four-game win streak snapped on Sunday, falling to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, 26-20, in an NFC Southern Division match-up.
The Saints outgained the Bucs, 453-420, in terms of total yards, but turned over the football four times.
Tampa Bay quarterback Josh Freeman was 23-of-41 through the air, for 303 yards, and two touchdowns, while running back Earnest Graham carried the bal 17 times for 109 yards.
In a losing cause for the Saints, quarterback Drew Brees was 29-of-45, for 383 yards, and a touchdown.
With the win, the Bucs improved to 4-2, while the Saints fell to 4-2.
