What Does it Mean to be Cajun? A Documentary [VIDEO]

The Historic New Orleans Collection posted a video entitled "What Does it Mean to be Cajun?", and I found it very interesting.

The first topic discussed is the difference between Cajuns and Creoles and, I must say, I was surprised at the role Jim Crow laws played in dividing Cajuns.

The video discusses race, language, and culture in South Louisiana, and how national and global issues affected our lifestyle.
