Vince Wilfork announced his retirement from the NFL on Monday, after 13 seasons, in a way that let's you know that he's totally at peace with his decision.

The man let's us know he's okay with smoking meats and cigars to pass the time now, in a retirement video.

Sounds like a nice retirement to me!

A native of Boynton Beach, Florida, Wilfork played 11 seasons with the New England Patriots, before spending his last two with the Houston Texans.

A 5-time Pro Bowler, Wilfork accumulated 559 career tackles, to go along with 16 sacks.
