A member of the Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns recently completed a very successful season in arguably the top collegiate summer league in the country.

Louisiana shortstop Hayden Cantrelle finished-up play in the Cape Cod Baseball League last week, finishing in the top ten of the league in multiple categories.

A former prep star at Teurlings Catholic, Cantrelle finished in tied for 8th in batting average (.315), 8th in walks (21), third in runs scored (29), and second in stolen bases (19).

Cantrelle, who played for the Falmouth Commodores, also hit three homers, while driving in 14 runs over 36 games.

A first team All-Sun Belt Conference selection in 2019, Cantrelle hit .309 as a sophomore, to go along with 9 home runs, 31 runs batted in, and 28 stolen bases.
