Louisiana's Ragin' Cajun women's basketball team returns to the hardwood on Wednesday evening, when they play host to the South Alabama Jaguars, in Sun Belt Conference action at Earl K. Long Gym.

Louisiana fell to FIU, 63-47, on Saturday night, dropping them to 7-8 overall, and 1-5 in Sun Belt Conference play, while South Alabama lost Middle Tennessee, 60-39, on Saturday, to fall to 9-6 overall, and 2-4 in league play.

The Cajuns are led by freshman guard Sylvana Okde, who is averaging 11.2 points-per-game, while the Jaguars are paced by senior guard Mary Nixon, who is averaging 12.3 points a contest.

South Alabama leads the all-time series, 32-10, including a 72-68 win over UL last year at Earl K. Long Gym.

Tip-off time is set for 7 o'clock.
