The Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns remain in the top 25 of one of the latest major college softball polls.

Louisiana is at #22 in this week's USA Today/NFCA Division I Top 25 poll, which was released on Tuesday.

That's down one spot from last week.

The Cajuns went 2-1 last week, defeating Southeastern Louisiana in a non-conference tilt, before splitting a Sun Belt Conference doubleheader with Texas St.

UL defeated Texas St. on Monday, but the poll does not included that game.

Louisiana, who is now 28-11 on the season, including a 14-4 league mark, returns to the diamond this Wednesday, when they travel to Lake Charles, La. to take on the McNeese St. Cowgirls in a non-conference affair.

Washington is once again the new top-ranked team in the country this week, followed by Oklahoma, UCLA, Oregon, and Florida, to round out the top five.

6-10 consists of Georgia, Tennessee, Texas A&M, and Florida St.
