UL Softball Golf Fundraiser Rescheduled

The annual Louisiana Ragin' Cajun Softball golf fundraiser will now be played in the spring.

The event, which was originally scheduled for Monday, October 14, has been rescheduled for Monday, April 6.

Family, friends, and supporters of UL Softball are all invited to gather for the 2019 edition of the program's annual fundraising golf tournament, which will take place at The Wetlands Golf Course on University Avenue.

Individuals and companies interested in participating in the four-person scramble can call the softball office at (337) 851-6238 or by e-mailing at softball@louisiana.edu.

Entry fee is $150 per individual or $600 per four-player team. Prizes will be awarded to the top three finishing teams, for closest to the hole and longest drive.

Food and drinks will be provided both in the clubhouse and on the course. Participants will have an opportunity to meet the 2020 Ragin' Cajuns and the coaching staff.

Sponsorships opportunities include title sponsor ($1,500) and tee box signage ($150). The title sponsorship package contains two (2) tickets to a three-game conference series of your choice, with access to the Stadium Club, advertisements (scoreboard and public address announcement) and a banner on the course.

Donations are also being accepted for a silent auction which will be held inside the clubhouse.

All proceeds benefit the Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns Softball program.
