Opelousas Catholic High School standout Keon Coleman, arguably the top two-sport star in the area, has received an offer in one of the sports from the Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns.

Coleman was offered a basketball scholarship by Louisiana on Tuesday.

A 6-foot-4 guard in basketball, Coleman has also reportedly received roundball offers from UNO, Coastal Carolina, Nicholls St., and McNeese.

A receiver/safety in football, Coleman was recently offered by Grambling St.

Last month, the Virginia Cavaliers, members of the Atlantic Coast Conference, offered Coleman, his first offer from a Power Five School.

Also in December, Coleman received his first football offer, from Sun Belt Conference member South Alabama.

On the football side, Coleman has been looked at closely by Tulane, Northwestern State, Nicholls State, and Southeastern, who have all shown serious interest, as well as UL.

Currently a junior, Coleman is scheduled to graduate in 2021.
