As is normally the case, the Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns drew extremely well for their respective home games at "Tigue" Moore Field at Russo Park in 2019.

With only one week of the regular season remaining, Louisiana currently ranks 8th in the nation in the latest overall college baseball attendance figures.

What's even more impressive; the Cajuns drew fans all season, despite still being 3 games under the .500 mark.

Louisiana wrapped-up the home portion of their schedule last weekend, with a three-game sweep of the Georgia St. Panthers.

Entering the week, UL was 25-28 on the season, including an 16-15 home record, having drawn 144,553 fans through 31 home games, for an average of 4,663 fans per home contest.

That average figure ranks 8th in the country in college baseball, and tops in the Sun Belt Conference.

LSU, who is averaging 10,555 fans every home game, ranks number one in the country, followed by Ole Miss, who averages 8,911.

Mississippi St. ranks third on the list, averaging 8,386 fans, with Arkansas checking in fourth, averaging 8,344.

Rounding out the top five is South Carolina, with an average attendance figure of 5,998 per home game.

The only non-SEC school that has drawn better this year than Louisiana has been Texas.
