The Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns will be adding some experience to their middle infield.

Louisiana recently picked up a commitment from Will Moriarty, an infielder from Northwest Florida State College (Niceville, Florida).

A native of Crestwood, Kentucky, and a graduate of South Oldham High School, Moriarty signed with Murray St. out of high school, before going to Northwest Florida, where he hit .354, to go along  with 6 home runs, a team-high 49 runs batted in, and 9 stolen bases in 2019.

Moriarty, who will have three years of eligibility remaining, was selected by the Texas Rangers in the 32nd round of the 2017 Major League Baseball Draft.
